Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Handling

  • Processing Time: Standard items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom Mirrors require an additional 5-7 business days for design and precision laser cutting.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your provided email/DM.

  • International Shipping: We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in your country.

2. Damage During Transit (The "Shatterproof" Guarantee)

While our acrylic is 17x stronger than glass, shipping carriers can occasionally be rough.

  • If your mirror arrives cracked or damaged: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: Send a clear photo of the damage and the packaging to support@liquidmirror.shop. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Items: You may return unused, non-damaged mirrors in their original protective film within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom character silhouettes, all sales on custom orders are final. We do not offer refunds for custom pieces unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

  • The Protective Film: Every mirror comes with a thin, cloudy protective film to prevent scratches during shipping. Once this film is peeled off, the item is no longer eligible for a standard return.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the production process (laser cutting) has likely begun, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
